It up within a few minutes it will turn itself off. It never stays on any length of time. I have been a Miracle Ear customer for a good number of years now. My insurance and plan ends soon. I plan to look and shop around very soon. I hope to find a better hearing product that delivers sound that I can live with. This hearing unit is making my life and my family’s life miserable.

This by far has been the worst hearing aids and app that I have had over the past 20 years. The app doesn’t even work half the time and the hearing aids have been sent back not working 4 times. They are still under warranty but think about that. Last time it took my left hearing aid exactly 3 weeks to get back

love this app for controlling the settings on my hearing aid. makes life so much easier being able to change the settings of my hearing aid in just seconds.

I can change the volume on the app and usually hear a click when it changes. Then, no more changes are allowed. I have to go out of the app and turn my hearing aids off and back on. Then I can make another adjustment. But just one! In choir practice or on a Zoom call, it takes too much time. Wish I had comparison shopped more before buying Miracle Ear.

What happened to the battery check I was able to check each side and by the amount of beeps I’d know if my batteries needed replacing 3 beeps full charged 2 beeps half charge 1 beep need replacing soon Why did this disappear
