I just tried to download the app because I thought it would be cool to have the digital card available. I was immediately asked for payment information, which I thought was odd. I entered the card info for a card I have that has limited funds and instantly got a notification that the card was charged 89.03. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP UNTIL LANE BRYANT FIXED THIS. My card company instantly called me from their fraud department. It was run though multiple times in succession.
This app is garbage. I don’t know what happened over the past few months but this app is slow, crashes often and is incredibly frustrating to try to navigate and shop. Love LB, despise this app.
App won’t let me log into my card account. “ We're sorry. A technical glitch occurred and your request could not be completed. Please try again.”
Every time I use the app it crashes when I go to my bag! I really dislike the app.
I tried to sign in to make my payment. It lets me put my user and password in and then immediately takes me out of the app. When I go to help it immediately takes me out of the app. I contacted multiple computers that Lane Bryant uses for customer service and they all gave me info to make my payment but did not address that I was having issues with the app. I ended up deleting and reinstalling the app and that is working for now. Apps will mess up sometimes but my real frustration was with the computers they use for customer service. Computers can’t do everything
