Quick Player X for Android

The description says this app will switch audio in a video, I can find it anywhere, nor is that any support that I can find for help? Very strange. I thought this was Quicktime from Google, apparantly not, but a cheap trick. Beware!

Opens the files I need, and nice navigation. However, changing the speed (something I do with most videos) chages the pitch -- creating the Chipmunks effect. Fix that and this is 5 stars.

This media player really appealed to me. I like the slick look of it, but it requests access to the folder of the media clip I play each time I select a file. I cannot just play without granting access. I also feel the menus can be shorted. There are menus inside menus, and this creates lack of quick control.

I ended up trying out Quick Player X in the process of looking for a video player which has the small prevew functionality when you place your mouse over the timeline; similar to YouTube. This doesn't have it but it is very fast with seeking, and you can use the arrow keys to seek more easily. It also shows a nice overlay with the percent and timepoint you are at in the video while seeking.

I bought this as I am trying to record my screen to make an online course. This program does NOT record anything! It was a complete waste of $$.
