I have been with you all since 2018 and paid my $10 lifetime membership than this morning I’m locked out and saying I need sign up for a free 3 day or a monthly fee or lifetime fee!!!! What does lifetime mean to u all… does it mean couple of years u all will lock everyone out that signs up for a lifetime when they price goes up???????
Can’t add new foods and some of my added ones have disappeared
You have selection from minimal number of foods, adding your own is painful and everything you would want (aka scanning foods) you have to pay for
I used this app for several weeks and liked it. Decided to buy the Premium upgrade for all the extra features. All went good until the app updated itself. Then it “forgot” all my data including progress and wouldn’t let me log back into my account. And now the app is stuck on a start date over a year ago and won’t let me restart on a newer date. And it won’t recognize that I paid for Premium long ago. I’m out the $32 I paid in 2021. Very disappointed.
