I really wanted this app to work, but it doesn't. I wish I hadn't purchased it. The breathing assessment does not work, I have tried everything I can think of. Without the assessment, the rest of the app's function and gamification is largely non functional.
I am glad I found this app...10 minutes out of my day is so worth it. I recalibrate, literally calm my breathing and have a few more hours of needed energy when needed. I'm a fan
As an app to teach basic breathing, it is good. Suggestions - Allow for music from device music library as background sound/music; allow for breathing circle graphic to be adjusted/expanded for speed and depth accordingly to the selected start and end BPM's.
By simply slowing down my breath, I have found calm throughout the day, and a natural way to fall asleep at night. I like that it's simple and adjustable, unlike many meditation apps. I find myself coming back to it several times throughout the day. I do wish the breathing graphic was more continuous. It seems to come to a complete stop at each end of a breath rather than being continuous like a natural breath. Sometimes it's difficult to find the rhythm of the breath this way.
