Clorox Pool for Android

I recently downloaded the app and it worked fine for about a week, but I was automatically logged out of my account for no reason. Attempted to login and now I’m receiving an error code that my account doesn’t exist, which I know it does because I created an account. I even tried to make a new account, but the app freezes up and it won’t proceed to the next page. When it finally does move forward I receive an error code to check my internet connection. I know it’s not my internet connection because I’m using WiFi. This app is now useless…I guess I will have to find a different method to check pool test strips and not purchase the chlorox products.

The app is junk, it never connects, fails to recognize your email/password, claims it doesn’t exist when trying to login or reset…. But the junk emails always come to me miraculously

For the past 3 years the app worked beautifully, until today. It kept asking me for my password then it freezes up. I’ve deleted and re-installed 4 times and nothing seems to work.

I just bought the Clorox test strips yesterday and immediately downloaded the app like it states on the packaging, I’ve been trying to access it because I’m having some issues with my very first pool ever and it won’t let me create account it just keeps saying error occurred check internet connection but I’ve tried it hundreds of times now with my WiFi on and with my regular phone service internet and it continuously says error check internet and when I check all my other apps and get online with no issues at all and shows I have very strong internet connection. It just keeps popping up the same message or it’ll totally lock up to where I can’t do anything. I’ve tried deleting app and reinstalling it numerous times too hoping maybe if I just start over it’ll work NOPE! This is ridiculous why offer app and advertise it if it don’t work. I was looking forward to using it for help with chemicals for my new pool being im a first time pool owner only to be severely disappointed. Please if anyone can help I’d truly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. Thank you :)
