This app was exactly what I was looking for...sorta. I love that I can add my own exercises. My workouts are now 100% custom but guided. It’s perfect. Two requests: It’s difficult to make a tabata program. I managed it by making an exercise called “rest” and adding it to my :20 HIIT exercises. But it would be nice if there was a pre-loaded tabata template. The other thing, I’d like to be able to skip exercises while I’m DOING the workout.Right now I can only stop it.

I tried again and again to use this app and it is just bad. It doesn't save new workouts and it shuts down constantly. So many badly places ads made it a terrible experience.
Simple to use and exactly what I needed. Easy to read screen. Can create and name your own workouts with sets, reps, time, etc!!!!
