PlushCare for Android

I loved using this app. i used it for a year for anxiety medication. but there is a big flaw and that’s the patient care coordinators. i had to do my own request authorization form when i had switch insurances because they wouldn’t do it for me and i need my meds. and once i needed medical records they said they had no idea who i was. As a patient care coordinator i notice they do not have respect for patients. Other than that’s it’s a good app and the doctors are amazing.

Amazed at the service of PlushCare. I was able to make an appointment within two hours, see the doctor and be treated all within minutes. I looked all over for an urgent care, didn’t wanna go to the ER and was out of town away from my home. So thankful for the service. I would encourage anyone to try the company .Doctor was very helpful, pleasant , updated on information,And professional.

Doctors never show up, they leave you on an empty line, and then charge you for the appointment on top of the monthly subscription price. Reached our numerous times to get my refund since i was never seen and cannot get a response out of any of their customer service representatives. DO NOT RECOOMMEND
