Apple Watch?

The app is great on Android. But on Google Watch??? Yeah no. It keeps on saying I need a better connection. Ik my connection is fast and good. Who ever made the app please fix the app on the Google Watch

Apple Watch support?

Not working on my Google Watch. Or a few other people’s watches I know either. It keeps saying the Make sure the WiFi network of your smartphone is stable. I know it’s stable, I’ve tried it many times in different places as well, all with the same result.

Great system

I have really enjoyed the W020 I purchased earlier this year. I did have issues when trying to set up but found it to be issues with my network, not the product. I use the arm and disarm functions and view the camera. The only reason fo 4 stars is it does not let you name more than 10 of the sensors. Should allow for all 30 to be renamed.

Horrendous

The app constantly says timed out and device offline. Makes the security system basically useless. What a waste of money. Please fix this ASAP to keep my home safe.

PLEASE HELP!

The app was working just fine prior to update message. I did the update on 3/6/16 and now I can't even open the app! Not a working update. I can not use my alarm at all!
