As young, budget-conscious parents we were thrilled to try using an old smartphone as a baby monitor instead of paying for overpriced baby monitors. This app is incredible! We love seeing our baby boy on the video and be able to calm him thru the app.
I was never able to use the app because I could not pair the two phones,One to be the child monitoring phone and the other to be the parent phone.
This app is just what my wife and I were looking for! The connection is rock solid, even when I’m away from the house. And the display shows the monitor’s battery level, which gives me huge peace of mind. I found using the camera’s flash as a night light woke the baby, so I put a couple of layers of red electrical tape over it to dim the flash. Now it’s perfect! I’d give this app 10 stars if I could!
Parent unit won’t connect reliably even when all cellular and wifi connections are fine. UI is so dumbed down there are no obvious options to try to identify or fix the issue. And there are no online resources to help troubleshoot. Complete garbage.
Black screen that says "connecting" after it worked perfectly fine for the free 16 minutes. Paid for one week and now I have to delete the app and unsubscribe. What is going on
