最近一次空运，包裹在国内三个月没有上飞机。发货了之后包裹直接丢失。客服让我自己联系承运商解决。美国邮政确认丢失以后让走赔付程序，客服又推托三到六个月才能解决。之后一个月才回复一次。最后找借口单方面关闭case。极其糟糕的经历。分享给大家避雷！

Waste of time and money

Ordered a few things and the wrong size and wrong style of items arrived to the warehouse. Informed the agent how it is not what I ordered and they contacted the seller who lied stating that they change the names of the colors and sizes without displaying that info anywhere in the listing. On top of that I paid an astronomical amount in shipping compared to other people who ordered the same thing to the same place. Will be ordering from DHgate from now on after this.
