Easy & Intuitive

Such a simple easy to use app. seriously easy intuitive interface, easy to follow instructions and the results you receive if done correctly are amazing... I cannot recommend this app enough to friends and family

Takes ages to made the model and no export options

I love the app idea, if it was working. Scanned my home waited 20min and it is still not done. To me it looks like a fake it till you make it app I.e. they are manually doing the models, hoping to rise more money and make it automatic. Also, could not export to any CAD format.

Great visuals

The app is great. You have to wait about a day once you complete the pictures but not an issue for the great 3D visual. The software is very easy to use with lots of options. There is room for improvement however. I would recommend adding an edit option as currently you can only place one type I.e. one roof type, not allowing metal and shingle or stone & siding on the walls. Being able to change garage door colors isn’t available and neither currently is doors. 4 stars for great software and ease of use just a shame it doesn’t have that 1/2/3 layer option for multiple wall / roof types

Useless if you already have photos

I already have photos that I want to use. Can’t take pictures now and would like to use what I already have, but app won’t let me. Completely useless to me.

Go lightly

The app is great however the consistency of customer service, payments, and fee structure has changed so many times since trying to incorporate this service into my work flow it makes me dizzy. I’ve used the app a handful of times and the service levels and price has been different every time. It gets resolved, but not without frustrating phone calls. Your mileage may vary but I can’t give it more that 2 stars until this gets squared away.
