Can’t zoom in

The app’s so badly designed to the point where I don’t think they care about their customers.

Awful app; just redirects to web browser and no option to add member card to wallet

Installed this literally just to have access to a digital membership card because none of these companies mail them out anymore and it can’t even do that! To top it off all this app does is redirect you to the website on your default browser and immediately glitches and logs you off if you interact with anything on the screen! Plus when you download a membership card to your photos it doesn’t even provide a membership ID number on it so it’s completely useless for actually trying to use in office! What is the ven the point of this app?

Can’t login with password manager or FaceID

This app feels like it’s from 2007. Terrible that I can’t login with a password manager or FaceId. It’s 2025 VSP, get it together.

Not an app, just a web browser window

Better off using Safari and bookmarking/creating a web app, as this isn’t actually an app. This is just an app that opens a web page that doesn’t save your login session or work correctly. Forget this “app”.

Garbage and useless

Username and password fields are not recognized as such so you cannot autofill from the Passwords app. Date of birth and numeric fields all default to the text keyboard. Trying to view the ID card prompts for a login again (after already being logged in) and is an endless loop of logging in. Could not accomplish anything in the app and had to go to the website on a laptop.
