Good Features

The device has a number of good features. However I have tried to contact support and there is no way to do that. The support link is no more than a marketing site. It would be nice for the app to function in landscape mode on the Mobile. Also when viewing a document the back arrow does not respond until having tapped it numerous times on both Android and Mobile.

Waste of money!

Stopped playing audio files! Stuck in “prep” mode. Tried deleting app. Restarting the Mobile... nothing seems to work. Very angry...!
