I have a new device (Mobile pro), previous IAP are not restored
Must we download the whole app every time you add some little thing to the IAP options? Is there no workaround to shrink the update download? There must be. Otherwise, all is well, though I would like to see more options for customizing patches and for combining preset sounds to make new ones. The quality of the sound engine is worth the money. The refinements I hope for would increase the usability of the app.
This expansion pack is in my items list and when i hit download it says -31300% downloading?? It does no downloading whatsoever. No restart of the Mobile, signing out then back in, or reinstall of the app solved the problem. Please fix. Update: just when i sent review it began to download, thanks for getting on top of it.
Sounds great, and the AUv3 makes it much more useful. On 12.9 Mobile Pro as an Auv3 in GarageBand it does not scale to fit available resolutions as some other instruments do. Would like to see them address this as it’s a fairly simple coding fix
First the problem so the developers don’t have to wade through this to find it: Played the Ivory grand IAP for a while (fantastic!) and then played a bunch of Korg organs (also fantastic). The use of the sustain pedal to speed/slow the Leslie is genius! However - when I went back to my Ivory piano, the sustain pedal didn’t work properly. It would IMMEDIATELY end notes I played first instead of reaching the limit first and then cutting off notes. Sounded absolutely horrible. I exited Module Pro and got back in - it worked again as expected no problem. But it shouldn’t be that way especially if you’re going to use this live and swap between pianos and organs. Relatively minor problem with an easy “manual” fix but would like to see that corrected in future updates. On to the rest: I have a Nord Grand which I use at home and wanted a VERY light package to take out to play with friends or while camping. I picked up an M-Audio 88 key controller (weighs just 13 pounds) and dusted off my old Kurzweil MircoPiano module from the 90s. At the time, it was the best sounding digital piano. Today - especially after using the Nord with its stupendous library of grands, the Kurzweil just sounds tired and cheesy. I spent several days googling solutions and came across the Korg Module Pro with the Ivory IAP (and also the Korg PlugKey which enables a MIDI in and 1/4” L/R out). WOW!!!!!! The Korg natural grand is pretty good, but the Ivory library is just incredible! Even though I’m playing on a less than stellar, non-weighted keyboard, at least the sounds I’m getting truly resemble a Steinway D in a recording studio. It all sits on my Android 13 using relatively little space and the response (with lowest latency setting) is outstanding. This is going to make all those traveling Hope Shows, jams, and camping trips 1000 times more fun! Scary good app, great native sounds, and STELLAR IAPs that take it to a whole new level. Really well done. Now let’s just fix that sustain pedal glitch and it’s 5+stars every day!! I’ve seen people complain about the $40 for the app and $30 for the Ivory IAP. Gang - for that $70 and $250 for the M-Audio controller ($320 all in) you can play a stunning piano library and much more for less than 1/10th the cost of a Nord Grand. I know - different beast entirely - but you can get 95% of the effect for like 9% of the cost! The app and IAPs are really cheap considering the value you get from them!!
