LDS Daily Verse for Android

I have loved this app for years, then it quit working a week ago. I have sent them 3 notices and no reply yet. No content available for 7 straight days, and this is not the first time it has happened. Not a good sign. August 2022 update: the app quit working several times in the last few months, sometimes going weeks before any content was available. No response and no customer support. Nobody home, ever. I will not renew. Sad.

More often than not lately, the app will not open. It has a message stating that there is. It a connection to Wi-Fi or a cellular network. This current outage has lasted nearly 2 weeks. Despite deleting and reloading the app, no change. Also, no response from the developer this and other times this has happened. I don’t recommend purchasing at this time. I will not be renewing.

Starting this year I have had problems receiving content.It tells me to connect to Wi-Fi or upgrade to current version. This will happen every other month for weeks. I have restarted Mobile, deleted app and reinstalled. I have sent messages continuously about problems. Have not received any help. I do not know what to do. I feel I am wasting my money. I really enjoyed the messages when I could receive them. Hopefully this can be fixed. I have had this app for years with no problems until this year.

I’ve sent requests for help on this 9of the last 12 days that I have gotten a unavailable message from the app. I’ve reinstalled the app 8 times now, turned off my Wi-Fi and then turned it back on again. I even reset my modem! Each time I send a message to the support desk I get another error message. I’ll keep giving negative reviews until they fix it or refund my fees. it did this 3 months ago for 10 days straight too.

It hasn’t worked for over a week. This is the 2nd time this year that this has happened. I have sent 2 notices with no reply. So sad because I use to love it. Please fix it and make it so it is stable.
