My experience has been excellent with Nim Nim — they always are on time and have a great turnaround time to get my dry cleaning back quickly. The pricing is also very reasonable. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
This is a fairly priced service that makes my life easy. I drop my clothes off at the concierge and in two days, they’re back and look fantastic! Could not recommend this service more.

As a busy professional nimnim is an essential service as most laundromats have ridiculous hours (close early, and on sundays). I love the service with the only negative being sometimes pickup/drop offs are made outside of the time preferences selected. Other than that it’s a great service and I will be customer for a long time!
Really great dry cleaning service that makes the process very easy and convenient. Able to leave my dry cleaning with the concierge at my building and they pick it up, clean it, and drop it back off within a day or two. Have been using them for a couple of years now and have never had an issue that they didn’t resolve immediately.
