This app is horrible! It is very glitchy and doesn’t work more a lot more often than it does. I’m looking for a different app this one is TRASH!
On an Android 13 Pro running iOS 16.2, some objects in the UI are too close to the outer edges and corners for the screen. The top is the worst area and some elements overlap with the time, signal strength, and battery indicator. Aside from that annoyance, it’s an ok app. The ticket scanner is great, but it would be better if it told you WHAT you won instead of just essentially saying, “You won… something… go figure it out for yourself.” If you just have a single draw ticket, that’s easy enough. If you have a 10 draw ticket, this is a pain.
One way or the other you will have to scan your ticket in the store because this garbage app will send you to the main lottery building for $2. It’s not reliable, so don’t waste your time with it.
The ticket scanner feature does not work on iPhone14Pro …it can not focus on the barcode!! This bug is in the app itself …as the iOS camera and other scanner apps can focus on QR & Barcodes just fine! Problem has gone un fixed since Sept2022 and still doesn’t work as of iOS16.2! As there is no way to submit second chance scratch tickets without the scanner, a fix is needed ASAP!
The Police do not investigate lottery thefts, it’s done by the lottery. Well Colorado lottery feels like they don’t owe any explanation to victims of fraud/theft and in my case, the lady whom stole my lottery winnings is still working behind the counter. These people are evil, do not trust their lotto system.
