I placed an order for a king size quilt on June 11th I believe. When my order finally arrived on June 21st it turned out y’all shipped me two pillow shams instead of the quilt. After speaking with someone I was told an exchange order would be sent to me with the return label for the shams but that I was going to have to wait again for the correct item to make it to me. Two days later I contacted someone because I still had not received the return label or the exchange email. I was then told that they would go ahead and put in the order and send me the label, as if it had never happened during my previous conversation 2 days prior. The women did however tell me that she would expedite the item once I had made the return. The next morning I made the return and waited another day to track the return and see if it was picked up and find out when my item would be shipped. Not only did the tracking number say the item was picked up but it said it was picked up in Feb 15th 2021. Confused I messaged about it and then asked about my quilt. That’s when I was told, through chat, that my quilt was now on back order until August 11th! So I called to verify and was told the same thing, that it would I could either cancel the order or wait. That to compensate for all my trouble I was going to get a 20% discount! I canceled my order because I realized they had slashed prices (way more than 20%) during all of this and replaced my order while also applying my 20% discount in order to save MYSELF some money on all this nonsense. This whole ordeal has affected my personal business with no concern or accountability from anyone at this business. A 20% discount is a joke after dealing with this whole process. I had originally sent this message through email to them and I was told they would forward this to their team and here it is, July 9th, and I haven’t heard from anyone. Not a single person has seemed to care about how frustrating and backwards this whole process was. They messed up, and all they could say was “yea, but here’s 20% off.” When they hold sales that are higher than that. This has delayed things in my own business but it seems they don’t really care. For once, it would be nice to see someone admit they messed up, and try and find a way to make it right. Not just shrug and dismiss the whole thing.

No customer service except chats that I could not return to when I referred to the order. No help on asking for help to navigate, just drop down questionnaire. Service agents quick to jump off chat then tell me no one was available and I would be contacted in 24-48 hours. If this is their attitude toward helping with returns, I don’t need any of them.
I tried 4 times to get my password done and to no avail. I gave up and had to buy my clothes as a guest!
I’m supposed to be able to link my membership and use it across brands. I have tried, I e sent emails back and forth with support and they keep telling me to do the same things over and over. I get a general error when trying to link them, and nobody seems to be able to help me. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money on the membership, the only reason I bought it was to use with Anthropologie, and I can’t.
