Just get rid of sudden happy congratulatory message

PLEASE eliminate the sudden happy female voice that pops up every so often to congratulate us on our progress. It’s very jarring and undoes what the app is supposed to be doing!

Amazed!!!

The first night I tried it, I tried the sleep app. It was a 23 minute hypno video. I listened to the man tell me that I was getting sleepy, that I will wake up feeling refreshed, they followed his instructions on breathing. I am not a morning person, at all! So for me to wake up feeling refreshed is pretty much, never happens. When the video was over, I said to myself this did not work. But that is all I remember! Lol I woke up “before” my alarm went off in the morning, feeling so good!!I was pleasantly surprised at how this worked. My goal was to just do the free week or so and cancel… but I do think I will be keeping this app and trying all that it has to offer!!!

good for anxiety / anger

ok so has a person with anger issues anxiety insomnia and depression i say this app is very relaxing the first hour i felt a little uptight but it started growing on me what i like a lot about this app is that your NOT FORCED to pay you can do the app just fine now its an option to get better stuff. its almost letting go of your disturbing thoughts and focusing on other things. but what like most is that its not saying things like that never happened be more optomistic its asking you to look into it and say why its painful I think every person needs this app ( to creator thanks for making this app)

Not a good start

When an app starts by describing that they will be charging you $13 a month for the basic service and a $25 for a premium service that is an app that is only after your money and they are targeting vulnerable people knowing that because these people have some kind of problem in their lives thus they will pay with no question asked. Don’t fall for the spa like music and tranquil photos and clouds you see. Just open a music app and listen to a spa channel and look at happy beach or mountains. Skip this one unless you really feel you have extra money to spare.
