I wasn’t about to spend $80 on a pair of shorts or a $100 on a pair of leggings for my 13 year old daughter, until I met Aunna at University Town Center Mall in Sarasota, Florida. My daughter’s birthday is coming up and I was desperately seeking the white bumbag ($38) and I walked into Lululemon and expressed to the kindest of associate’s my situation. Aunna was so incredibly sweet and informative, we went over to a podium and she attempted to call other locations, she truly went above and beyond!! I asked her, while she was busy at work a little about herself, she’s a junior in college at University of Alabama, so she’s super smart and ambitious!! I asked her if she’s in a sorority, as I had already known by her demeanor and inclusivity of sisterhood. She’s an amazing young woman. Aunna is a young woman who has accomplished so much in her young life. She battles M.S. and kicks it butt, all whilst wearing her Lululemon’s!!! She shared with me information about the quality of the products and the fact that Lululemon backs their product and construction as well. But what I learned from shopping at this location, the brand offers so much more, it’s a confidence builder. It gives a person the feeling of a true athlete. It affirms strength, flexibility and style and that is worth more than anything!!

Impressed with the Save for Later and Wish List features. My only complaint is the format of the reviews. The web interface shows size purchased and regular size. The app summaries the size specific references into a runs small to large spectrum. I find the spectrum useful at the aggregation level but really want to see the size references at the individual review level. This enables me to make smarter decisions and prevents returns.
