Website is friendly and easy to navigate. I like the fact that it tells you when there’s only one pair left of the shoes you want to buy.
This app is not user friendly. I WAS a VIP- now being asked to constantly change my password in order to log in; cannot choose store pickup at checkout( has to be while adding the product) and if I add the product to the shopping bag without store pickup, I have to remove the item from the cart and go back to change the delivery method... added my phone number during checkout, got to "place order" and had to return to enter my phone number. Ridiculous.
Your shopping cart is difficult navigate. Errors appeared for prefilled fields. I almost cancelled my order and went to Zappos. It was frustrating
