My family absolutely hates the update because it is hard to navigate on the Google tv with different selections being unreasonably difficult to reach. Skimming through videos used to be so easy and quick but having to do that with the new video format makes it very inconvenient… please i miss the original ondemand korea platform!!
Don’t update your app. This new app’s interface is just horrible. Not to mention, an add banner now sits on top of my Mobile screen permanently, although I am a premium member. Why are they doing this to clutter the viewing area, and the pop up menus jump so far away from the the main selection button. Sigh…terrible interface.
I downloaded the app and a square popped up in a different language it wanted me to click it and it said error:3033
Google tv shows black screen upon open. Cant fix. Android app shows ads in app even though i paid for a subscription. Casting to chromecast or tv doesnt work.
When you charge $10.99 for membership and service accessibility is impacted this calls for class action. Even prior to the problem with latest update, ODK’s contents were seriously sub-par. ODK, you want to mimic Neflix in appearance, why not look to expand contents and user experience instead?
