They need an update ASAP

For the past 8 months this app keeps crashing on the Android. I used to enjoy prepping for my gig by listening to the new videos they have up but can’t do it unless I use the web browser on my laptop. The convenience of using the Android and Mobile was much better but can no longer do it because a patch hasn’t been created to keep it from crashing. I’m waiting for some kind of support, otherwise I will be dropping this subscription service.

Opens and closes immediately on IOS

App does not run on IOS. Was working fine till last update. Click to open, it closes immediately. Newer updated phone. Solid internet. Tried many times. Does not work.

Use to love it when it worked

They need to update the app, so the preview feature works. You use to be able to listen to the whole song from the app. Which was especially nice when driving during the week. It really helped when downloading new music for my weekly club residency. It hasn’t worked in at least a year. PLEASE UPDATE THE APP, SO WE HAVE ACCESS TO EVERYTHING YOU ADVERTISE YOU OFFER!!!!!! AND THAT WE PAY FOR!!!!
