If I could afford to pay full price I would. But I keep this app because it actually is cheaper. And that’s about the good thing about Class Pass. I upgraded to a monthly subscription and it has been a nightmare ever since. Their support staff is incompetent and unhelpful. They can’t even read their own information correctly. And when they finally understand they’ll make it YOUR fault. But try to hide that by giving you free credits. And you know it’s a move to pacify and deceive you because the amount of free credits they give you is double the amount you said you were missing. I’m never dealing with their support staff again. I’ll just be extremely careful with what and how I purchase on here. Also, if you can manage to avoid upgrading DO IT! Upgrading subscriptions is a big TRAP! The price of credits will increase. And you’ll receive less credits. Also if you have any classes booked they’ll deduct that out of your credits when you upgrade. They say don’t do that but I’ve been fighting with them a week now over this. Just be cautious this app is a very good scam!
I couldn’t afford the classes I wanted until I found class pass
The need to allow for chrome cast Wi-Fi permissions has caused the app to brick. Please fix, I don’t use the streaming videos and don’t want google to have my data
The app is fine and works as expected. Where it falls short is the lack of support for setting Google Pay as the recurring payment method.
