Very thankful to be able to send our Son letters & pictures through an app?! How cool is that! What a great idea! Kudos to the people that came up with this! You’re putting a lot of families’ minds at ease! GOD bless you! ❤️🙏🏽

This is a horrible app! Family wanting to be in contact are being extorted!! It’s extremely expensive to send a letter when as a mother I’m missing my boy so much that my heart hurts and this app is there to extort as much money from my family as possible!! If the creators of this app cared at all about military families and the men and women serving it would be much more affordable if not free!! It’s actually sickening that it’s almost 90$ for 12 tokens!! I’ll send a letter thank you!

My frustration is growing!!!! I have sent 11 letters and even though they are all showing received… my grandson has not received them all. He has received most. The 1st letter I sent included a “paid for” $50 gift card that was never received; so I contacted Sandboxx and they “resent” the gift card which has still not been received (2 weeks later). Please note.. he has been receiving my handwritten letters with no issue. He has also sent me letters and not used a return envelope and postage that is supposedly provided via my Sandboxx letter …. Just saying.

I wished you had templates of news letter to add more photos options. Creation like news letter.

I’ve tried to log back in after paying for tokens and have seen that it’s been removed from my account however I can’t log back in. I’ve tried to contact the number my bank gave me and the voicemail box is full….not satisfied
