Says Ut-Oh! We are experiencing technical difficulties.

App keeps saying no internet connection even though I’ve confirmed that might is connected and seeing the internet.

I’ve been using this app for a few years. I am a regular Blood Donor, every 56 days, and the app is wonderful at scheduling appointments, rescheduling if necessary, using the rapid pass, tracking my blood journey, and fun things like the donor selfie. No complaints with the app. It’s been really useful and makes donating blood so much easier.

I’ve used this app for years now and have loved all of the new features and interfaces added. Overall, this app functions very well, is sleek and easy to use, and walks me through what I want to do. My only bits of feedback would be: 1. Provide a way for people to schedule donations together through one app (adding “friends” on the app and being able to choose a time and a friend to donate with for a time. 2. Small thing but I love the little badges you can earn and it drives me crazy I’ll never be able to get the AB donor one but I also can’t get rid of it! Maybe only providing that badge if after the first donation, the person has AB blood type? I think that’s the main feedback I had. Great app otherwise!! Please never get rid of the fact that when you go to do the rapid pass you can pull the pop up screen down enough to see the zip code of where you’re donating. It’s a lifesaver 😂
