This app changing camera names

This is the dumbest app. I used this a few year ago I knew where to look. Now I have little icons that don’t make sense. Not sure why but when I click on playback, hit home for list of cameras I hit front door abd the backyard pops up but the header says front door at the top but at the bottom left the image says backyard. Why have cameras if nothing works right. I’m so upset I spent all this money for nothing.

Are you ever going to fix the issue of stream not working on iPad?

I contacted customer service months ago about the update causing stream to not work on Mobile without killing the app after opening it. I was told a fix was in the works. It still doesn’t work. Do you plan to fix this issue!

App for iPhone keeps losing connection

Been waiting since 13 July for them to fix the connection failed problem between the remote app and Android the “connection failed “ happens when you’re trying to view cameras from your Android … ( said it would be fixed within two weeks) … meanwhile a month later still waiting….

A real head shaker.

Don’t let the word out that you have this app because a burglar would know he was safe. I’m bone tired seeing the “connection failed” note on all my cameras.
