Love this simple little app, shows the time on the desktop in the most elegant way However, I noticed the time tends to "leave a mark" or a watermark, or a faint shadow of the formal time on the desktop e.g. when time advances to 8:01, you can see a faint 0 behind the 1 like a after effect Only way to get rid of it is to move the position of the time/clock or temp change the mode to include seconds Changing its brightness or adding shadow do not help Thanks
This app works exactly as expected. The only issue I have is it occasionally leaves the shadows of some numbers behind after it changes time. So I might see a 4 in the hour slot, but behind it is the shadow of a 1. And this happens in all places. It only corrects itself if I adjust the size or placement of the clock, but then immediately starts ghosting again. I'm on an M1 machine running Monterey 12.6, if that is relevant. Would love to see this fixed in an update!
I'm loving the app, but for some reason it tends to leave what appears to be a residual burn-in/ghosting affect. For exmaple, if the time is 12:10pm then changes to 12:12p I can still see a faint, yet noticable, outline of the 0. However, if I go into the Settings and increase the font size or shift the position of the time the ghosting effect goes away. It's just not practical to keep doing that. Not sure what's causing this issue, but hopefully it can be fixed via an update.
There's no customer support for this app, evidently!
I see one problem that no one else appears to have caught. This clock allows you to follow 12-hour Standard Time only if you will accept "AM" and "PM" also being shown, so if it is now 1:15 (PM), you can have "1:15 PM" or "1:15:33 PM", but you cannot show "1:15" or "1:15:33". If you don't want "AM" or "PM" shown when this clock appears, then you will have no choice but to accept that 24-hour Military Time will be shown, and you will have only "13:15" or "13:15:33" time shown. I would like to have the option available to me of showing current time using the 12-hour Standard Time format, without being forced to also use "PM" or "AM", if that's how I wish to have the information from the clock appear on my screen.
