Time4Care for Android

This is just the worst thing they ever came up with. I can’t even submit timesheets on time i have to go submit it manually because the app doesn’t want to work right. Last week I had to do an update no I have to put a credit card# just to update it. Now I can’t submit timesheet at all because of this crappy app update. Don’t get me started on ppl changing information around. I don’t want to quit this job but I think it’s about time to because of all of these issues and useless app.

The update is even WORSE than the original! I am not getting paid for the past two weeks because the app did not load my hours for the EOR to approve! It only showed the sick time I logged. This is by far the worst app ever made for attendant care. It rarely lets me clock in or out, it is not accurate with location tracking. Which is concerning to me, why does an app need to track my location!? Definitely does not make me feel safe. Why replace the online timesheet documentation with something as terrible as this! At least online I had zero problems documenting my times and not to mention keeping track of them. It’s kept me clocked in for several 12hour shifts which I did not work and had to go back to edit then EXPLAIN myself? This app was definitely not ready to be launched and it’s truly awful to force attendants to use this when it’s clearly not capable of working the way it’s supposed too.

App is not working right

This new update is terrible. Whoever thought of this and approved it should be fired! Like why was this allowed! The old format was fine. I had access to everything and it was easier to navigate. You’ve made something simple overly complicated. This isn’t an app for random people. People use this app to log hours to get paid. The state needs to cut ties with this app and find something else. To many problems and now this. I swear If I didn’t need this app I’d delete asap!
