I bought this game thinking I would be able to create engines and sounds but no matter what you do it all sounds the same, I like the idea but need a lot more work

i wish the sound would be just a basic combustion noise in sync with the combustion of each chamber vs just a basic recorded engine noise. it would be an interesting way to represent how the firing order and certain other factors can effect the specifice noise certain engine produce. it would also be cool to add certain popular diesel engines as well
I really like this app being able to simulate many different engine configurations, but with certain engines sound like a vacuum cleaner especially most 4 cylinders and up and you can’t really hear the way the engine is supposed to sounds. When synthesizing engine sounds the waveform should sound like a sort of percussive drum beat rather than a straight sine wave.
I love this app, in fact I’m addicted to it. I just wanted to know how difficult it would be if the sound of the motor could realistically match the rpm for more technical reasons? Thanks!
