This app is really bad. Many of the functions don't work. I try to "close" an issue and even with repeated times pushing the "close" button nothing happens. Uploading photos is really slow and it has to be done multiple times for it to work. It's also very slow with many unresponsive features.

Slow to act if at all
This app has worked great for me. All vehicles have been checked out and potholes filled.
For years I used this app; recently a new look took place and does not allow me to report anything and is very frustrating! Previously to the update it is a 5-Star app; something happened with the update and no longer allows me to finish reporting. I can begin by selecting “report”, then add the location and any image when it ask for “category” nothing happens and that’s where it stops. You can not proceed,
