I loved this in the past. It was my favorite podcast, but there has not been any new shows in over two months. Please update.
I always listen to my podcasts on 1.5x to 2x speed. Now that I can't listen to it on podcasts I tried this app and there's no way to increase the speed with which I listen. I may have to find another news source to listen to.
I used to listen to the program was it was broadcast on a local radio station but they stopped carrying it. This app not only has countless commercials but it plays a two day old broadcast. Two day old news makes it totally useless.
I understand that they need to advertise. They have ads embedded in the podcast and within the app. OK. However, now they hijack your Mobile/Android, and automatically open your iTunes store to apps they are advertising for! Not acceptable.
A great show ruined by a terrible app. If you lose connection it starts the show over. You cannot skip forward or back, and the excessive commercials are crammed down your throat in audio and video form. I am deleting the app and will say goodbye for now, maybe I will check in a year or so.
