This app is POINTLESS!!!!! What are the motivations for? There is no message center.
This app is seriously disrespectful of peoples time. I entered information carefully, only to return find out that it was partially missing. I don’t feel comfortable having my child’s health information in an out like this.
If you can ever get it to open, you better make a photo of your coaches card, because you’ll never see it again. “Do not close, saving” is always at the top. It’s terrible.
Who’s the idiot who chose this app for school systems? Would give zero stars if possible. The setup process, switching your child from sport to sport & school to school is so bad it’s almost comical. I find it hard to believe this is the best we can do. Based on the current leadership in public school systems, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised though.
Cannot believe our schools use this app to keep up with our kid’s private health information!!! There is NO liability on the app developer to protect this information. The app is not functional and very glitchy! We can’t even get to the medical eligibility form because the screen won’t allow us to scroll down far enough to get to it. Have had to enter the same information multiple times which is redundant and inefficient. School system administrators should prevent requiring parents to use this app to protect the privacy of our children!
