Update 7/8/22 After several months of posting this review and COUNTLESS unsuccessful phone calls with poorly speaking of the English language support techs, I have accomplished nothing except wasting my time with a company that has no ability or willingness to help. Just another scam on the people by a large company that only cares about the money. I’ve updated my apps with the latest updates and now things are even worse and frankly dangerous. When I try to remote start either vehicle after a few minutes the app tells me my attempts are unsuccessful but the vehicles are running. When I try to stop them from running from the app it tells me it can’t because a prior request is still in progress. If I use the app to check the status of what I know is running it tells me the engine is off and it won’t turn off until I get into the car and turn it off. I have uninstalled the apps from my Mobile and Android countless times and reinstalled them and so has my wife. I have also reset the blue link app from both vehicles following the directions of a poorly educated support technician. This has to be without a doubt, the worst feature Hyundai has ever come up with. The support for this is even worse. I will NEVER buy another HYUNDAI
I am extremely proud of what Hyundai has done and how far they’ve come. The app is absolutely amazing, very up to date; other than the fact that it lags a little after command is sent that’s a 5-star system. Great job to Hyundai!

2020 17000 miles Nice fun car to drive.
Too many times the service states it's unavailable. I'd prefer the ability to start the car with a key fob as it's much more reliable.
