The new update collerely broke this app. Cannot login at all. Stranded at a gas station with no way of paying for my gas. Spent 30,āUnited on the telephone with a useless rep and Iām still stranded here. What nonsense!
Donāt bother. Never works. If you live near a pilot fuel station download theirs. Iāve never had a problem with theirs.
App doesnāt work most of the time. āCard not authorizedā.
App only works about 50% of the time and only after spending 10 minutes at the pump waiting for the app to approve the transaction. For some reason one time while walking INTO the store I was able to get the pump to authorize transaction. Sometimes it states pump not found, try another pump forcing one to drive to another pump and most cases you have to wait again....Not sure why they continue to advertise for an app which doesnāt work. Seems like a huge waste of money. I hope another gas company like BP or Mobil or Circle K - buys them out and makes things right....
7 out of 10 times authorizing pump ends up with ācard not authorizedā Try to authorize again, same. 3rd time it might authorize the pump, usually it wonāt. Try a different pump, sometimes that one will work, most of the time not. Spending 10 minutes trying to get fuel is unacceptable, especially when you fill the tank once or twice a day. I usually leave and fuel up at a different supplier.
