This last update on Feb. 13 has really misstep my stuff.. I can take pictures with no problems..but trying to do it with Transflo all I get is picture out of focus..please retake..please fix this problem.. I can’t get paid if I can’t get pictures of my bills…. Ty
Every picture I try to submit whether I change the contrast lighting with or without flash. I get the same prompt retaking image. i’ve never had this much trouble using this app. please fix this problem.
Love the convenience and user-friendly nature of TRANSFLO, even for old school truckers like me!
It requires always on to use even if you just sending a few documents and the company doesn’t require tracking from this app. This is nonsense, no app should require to always track you, always means just that Always. Unless the company is paying for the phone or it’s a business phone that you leave in the truck when you go home, this should not be downloaded on your personal phone. Consuming data, draining battery in the background making a profit off your personal data.
Since February this year when I scan with it on my Android and hit next it always pop up with 'Image not in focus' and will give you only one option to retake, and no matter how many times you retake it. It keeps saying image not in focus, retake. And when I tried it on Android everything went smoothly. So the Android version needs some fix
