Most of the tunes are off key. When playing without the app, the off key tunes sound horrible. Do not bother with any of these apps. Just teach yourself or hire a music teacher. You will be better off.
This app WAS excellent. Then it just quit working one day, getting frozen on “updating songlist” or loading a song. It’s unusable now. And yes, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, turning Android off and on, etc., all to no avail. And of course, I already paid the yearly subscription. What a waste.
I don’t know why but the app won’t load songs, I’ve tried everything!
This is a great app. It has an extensive catalog of songs with achievable chord progressions. Some are easy, some are more difficult and help improve your playing and skills. I like the video segments that assist with more difficult chords. This app forced me to tackle bar chords in order to play some songs that I really wanted to learn to play and that is the magic of this app. It really helps make you a stronger player.
Top notch, great music choices, great for tuning, love how the songs work giving you feedback and that you can have options for background music whether you know this song or not it will help. Completely worth the money I would buy it again! New and old songs and a way to be able to save your song list of your favorites. This is the app to buy for ukulele. I’ve been a guitarist for 40 years and just started 10 months ago on the ukulele with their programs.
