I like the EZVIZ camera it is great. I like I can check on my home and see a clear visual of my room space. I can speak to my family as needed as well. I like the recordings as well. This is a very nice camera . I am happy to have it .

I’m using this camera since 1.5 years, today I face a big issue here. I need an important record about a money transaction, i open the app and it is saying to format the sd card. Really unexpected! Here we are having load shedding problem for few days, i think because of going offline and online again and again this could be happened but I think you can fix this through software, sothat atleast it shows the previous videos of sd card. I’m felling tense now cause if I cann’t show the money transaction part probably I’ll face a big loss. It’s totally unexpected from this brand camera, very disappointed! guys
Like Go Cowboys!822, the problem is not with my phone or the cameras. The cameras work great and I have no problem viewing playback directly from the DVR. It was after an app update that the problem began. I will not give you my cameras serial numbers. Having that information will not help fix the app. All you ever do is request serial numbers from people who have legitimate complaints. How does that information possibly help fix your app? Please concentrate on fixing the app problem. The issue described below is actually worse. The app freezes after less than one minute of viewing playback. The newest version did nothing to fix the issue of the app freezing while viewing playback. I have always enjoyed the quality and functionality of the entire EZVIZ system but because this longstanding issue has been ignored by the company, I can only give it one star.
