Poor connectivity and needs constant deletion and reseting

I enjoy the scale for my home, but it is a weekly battle where the app cannot locate the scale and download information. Customer Services requests that I delete the app, and re register it. That works, until it breaks again days later. Luckily the data is saved somewhere. Regardless, I use Continuous Blood Glucose Monitor apps, Whoop. and even $25 scales from Amazon with nearly never a hiccup. I have suggested getting better engineers to fix this, but alas, it is still an issue.

disconnect an old device issue

Seems like there’s no way to disconnect a old device say InBody270 to link to a new InBody570 machine so the new data can only be added to the app manually by QRcode Will there eventually be a fix around this?

Apple Health sync not working

Installed the app, scanned myself on a device and got a reading. Went through the steps to sync to Google Health and it won’t work. Checked the privacy settings, allowed all data, restarted my phone. Tried it all again. Nothing. :(

Doesn’t work at all

When I scan the QR on my Inbody results it doesn’t input anything. I also can’t input it manually because my printout doesn’t have a ‘Visceral Fat level’.
