No direct login

Bring back direct login. I don’t need your lame cloud and spying on me. And I don’t need your laconic response like “… give your feedback … so we can fix the problem”. If you reading this you know what’s the problem. And remove adds because I paid for this product. If not, I am going to toss it into garbage bin and never deal with you.

Not Reliable

This app always has an issue. It’s frustrating to pay for a security system and then not be able to view anything on your phone. I’ve downloaded this app over and over again in hopes it’ll work, and nothing happens. It’s upsetting.

Login - Now only Cloud

This update takes away the ability to do a Direct Login to the DVR. Only the Cloud login is available. I don’t want my video in the cloud. Please restore the Direct Login feature.

Yeah no.

You’re pushing ads now? So now I have to like, wait in upwards of 15 + seconds to get to my cameras? Ya no. I’m shopping for new cameras lol. Update. The ads are so bad and slow now that if you need to check anything in any kind of hurry it’s useless. If I could give it zero I would. What a joke. And now I can’t use the app at all without an account? So now you have forced ads and you’re selling our email addresses and info? Who do I contact about a refund on the entire security system?
