I’ve had some issues in the past but. It recently. Easy to use and pay with. Kudos
Wish they would fix all the glitches. It used to be great, but now too many times I can use the mobile pay or get credit for meals I’ve paid for thereby losing credit for rewards. I love this place but the app glitches-ugh.
Nice app. The major problems I have is it just won’t save either my password or my credit card. Also if you make a payment without logging in and keep the receipt, you can’t add it latter to get your points.
I don’t like that you’re forced to put in your credit card info even if you’re just picking up food. I was in a rush and I put in my entire order only to be met with a paywall asking for all of my credit card info. That felt like a waste of my time, I could just pay in person. Maybe change that.
We used the app to get on the waitlist on our way to the restaurant and shaved off 10-15 min of wait time. Then used it to pay our bill, including using a reward. The check was already tied to our account and queued up so it was just a matter of entering a credit card. Made the experience smooth and easy. Thanks BJ’s!
