Very Good

I love the app on the Mobile but navigating to where I left off seems like it could use a couple of tweaks. The videos are excellent and the supplemental material works nicely. Keep up the improvements.

It’s really bad

Too many things to list. Just try it, you’ll see. Buggy. Incomplete. Can’t close or minimize or pause a lesson (controls disappear never to be seen again.). Unclear what the next lesson is. Considering cancelling and going with the other big online guitar guys. Update: under their description, they just notified us that it’s been updated to resolve Google iOS 8. Good to know they got the bugs worked out from the operating system last used in like 2017. Just to be clear this review is only for the app, not the content which is great.

Bad web service with even worse app

JamPlay in theory would be great. But the website is clunky and is often down. The app has all those same flaws and adds to them with slow response times and hit-or-miss functionality.
