Overly complicated, bad user experience, poor design.

Bad App, Good Coffee

Your rewards function is broken, or badly designed. Why can’t you use the rewards you accrue on a drive thru order? They’re only available as Order Ahead, which can’t be picked up through the drive thru, per “the rules”. Either make Order Ahead available as a drive thru option or fix the app to use rewards in the drive thru.
