من ثلاث سنوات والمستخدمون لهم نفس الشكوى ولا حياة لمن تنادي. اين موظفو تقنية المعلومات. التطبيق بطيء. التطبيق يعلق. ادارة الحجوزات لا تعمل. اضافة رحلة للحساب غير ممكن. من الافضل ازالة التطبيق من الاب ستور على ان يكون لشركة مثل شركتكم تطبيق بهذا السوء.

انا جواز سفري مصدرة من المملكة العربية السعودية ( جدة ) و عند ادخال معلومات السفر و بيانات الجواز بالتطبيق و الموقع تطلع ملاحظه ( إدخال رقم جواز سفر صحيح ) و انا متاكد من رقم الجواز و مصدره و تواصلت مع حسابكم بتويتر و اعطوني رقم واتساب الخاص بكم و اكدلى الموظف بأن يتم ادخال جهه اصدار الجواز بنفس الجنسية لحل الاشكاليه وليس مكان اصدار الجواز و انا منى متأكد من صحة المعلومه و لكن سويت مثل ماقال موظفكم و على مسؤليته الكامله هذا غير التأخير بشكل كبير جداً جداً بوقت الرد للاسف
Overall app is good and user interface is smooth however the manage booking option doesn’t allow to add existing booking to an account. Also as a nasmiles member perk there is no way to apply 10% discount on purchasing excess baggage.
عدم اصدار بطاقة صعود الطائرة للمسافر مشعل الفاخري بسبب ان المعلومات غير صحيحه وتم التاكد عدة مرات من صحة البيانات ولم يتم اصدار البطاقه
