Elite HRV for Android

I deleted it and download it again, and it just doesn’t work anymore. Used to work fine but I haven’t used it in maybe a month, a month and a half. No idea what’s wrong, it’s connected to Bluetooth. Update: The app has always been useful but had some problems for awhile where the app wouldn’t respond. After troubleshooting, I was finally able to get app to respond again.

I downloaded this app to measure heart rate variability with a Coospoo W8700 arm band heart rate monitor - which was a fraction of what the HeartMath device cost. It works great! The actual heart rate measurement may not be real accurate s as sometimes it is all over the place, but I suspect that is due to the arm band (not as accurate as a chest band) and not the app. Using this for HRV I can measure whether my nervous system is operating in sympathetic or parasympathetic mode, and it has breathing exercises to help train my body (and mind) to being about and remain in the parasympathetic.

Love the app, it showed my heart variations even though the doctors said they saw nothing

very easy to use but id love to see more convenient explanations of results.
