We wanted a game everyone could play but there are so many ads and they are not appropriate for children. The daily challenge won't reveal the needed letters until you play the levels over and over again forcing the player to watch more ads. I don't mind the occassional ad but feel this is very underhanded. And yes, there is an add free version users can pay to remove ads but why not make it more user friendly and appropriate for all ages?

I believe this game is similar to Bookworm. I purchased bookworm years ago. I am talking 2003. It was a great game. No adds or commercial interruptions. However, as Google kept updating Bookworm became obsolete. The game maker, PopCap would not update the game and I had to stop playing it. I still have the original Bookworm disk. When you pay the $4.99 to get rid of the adds is that a one time fee? Or do you have to keep paying that fee each time you go back to play the game?
Love this game. Never gets tiring.
