I have been playing this game for a few years and have built up my profile quite nicely. I’ve accumulated all stars in career mode and love playing the daily’s. I used to play the 1:1s but have stopped because I upgraded to the Android 13 and can no longer see wind direction. I’m growing more and more frustrated about this for the daily’s too. Love that there are no ads and the challenging nature. Please fix the notch issue so I can see wind direction. Giving 3 stars but will drop to one if this isn’t fixed soon.
I enjoy playing the 1-on-1’s, however, I don’t believe they are completely random. Especially when I go first and the opponent hasn’t yet been chosen. Example: today I scored 1000 on one par 5 and 1040 on another. I wound up losing both to the same opponent who had scores of 1040 and 1060. This happens all too frequent and I can usually predict the outcome. Another example is whenever I reach level 14 I can go no further until I amazingly am back at level 20 or 21. I notice that I’m back to playing the same opponents who have also gone from 21 to 14 and back to 20. If opponents were truly chosen randomly I think the game would be more fun and less predictable.
Please fix the screen size issue. On my Android 11 you can’t see the wind direction which is kinda important to hitting a good shot. When the wind is coming at you then the very tip of the direction arrow is visible, any other direction your clueless how to hit your shot. Just a guess. 3 stars is the most I can give now.
Really tried to enjoy this game, but just when you think you’re going to win after a long battle, your ball disappears or gets stuck to the cup or hits some invisible object. Many other annoying quirks. I say give them another 6 months and see if they fix it. There is also too much wait time built in so you get bored.
