Doesn’t play

I just downloaded this app so my students could dictate their papers/ homework and then type them up later. I did a few trials and the notes/ recordings don’t play.

ALL MY NOTES DISAPPEARED

I'm infuriated with this app!!! I spent literally hours recording very important study notes for a very import exam coming up in 2 weeks....AND I OPENED THE APP TO LISTEN TO THE NOTES TO FIND THEM ALL GONE!!!!! I've done nothing to erase them and I've just opened the app after the last time I recorded them. Terrible app!! I want my money back!!!
