Sometimes if there are a lot of cuts, the exported video doesn't sync up with the audio. Be sure to save often because it crashed twice during the project. I don't personally love the interface. I wish there was a fast way to just select some of the video and delete it. The way I found to doe this easiest was to create 2 splits and delete the unwanted section. But the keystroke to do so uses the "h" key which means you have to take your hand off the mouse to do it. That's a lot of movement for one cut.
dont like the sequence preview and the media bin change, bring back the old layout before. really love this app

I'm not sure what the heck has happened but it's daggone near unusable now. I used to be able to edit and upload videos without a bit of issue but in the last few years, I guess it got 'new and improved' so it's been nothing but trash since. I get that it's a free program and that it likely won't be perfect but this is bonkers and I'm done with this software and the company.
I was able to edit only one video successfully on this app and that was my first attempt. My second was not so good. Whenever I added a new file, it would download audio only. It kept crashing whenever I tried to add a transition Eventually I saw if I saved my file, restarted the app, and reopened the video file, it would allow me to add videos again. However, I would get only 2 more videos downloaded before it happened all over again! Last time I saved my progress, it downloaded a corrupted video file and now its only audio and no picture!!!! So frustrating. Ive been trying to edit all week but Im done with this app! Dont waste your time!!!
